The celebration beautifully reflected cultural richness, togetherness, and happiness, making it a memorable day for children and parents alike.
The festivities began with an elegant welcome dance by senior girls, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Parents were greeted in a traditional style with the energetic beats of the dhol, instantly setting the tone for a lively celebration.
The programme featured a meaningful Lohri Pujan, introducing young learners to the values and traditions of Indian culture. A special highlight of the event was the Mother-Child duet dance competition, which showcased adorable performances, strong bonding, and enthusiastic participation.
Adding to the excitement, interactive games for parents and children brought smiles, laughter, and shared moments of joy. Students captivated the audience with energetic dhol-based dance performances, while the campus sparkled with children dressed in bright, theme-based traditional attire, perfectly capturing the festive spirit of Lohri.
To celebrate creativity and enthusiasm, prizes were awarded for Best Theme Costume, Best Mother-Child Dress as per Theme, and Best Mother-Child Dance Performance.
